John 1:1 - 1:9

In the beginning was Reason, and Reason was according to God, and Reason was God. This was in the beginning according to God, all things became through him, and not one thing became apart from him. In him was life, life was the light of humanity, and he bade the light to appear in the darkness, and the darkness did not understand.
A man became from the side of God, a man named John. This man came as a witness there, testimony concerning the light, that all might believe through him. He was not the light, but he came there to witness concerning the light. The light was the truth. He enlightens all men, came into the cosmos.
